Werner serves a broad range of national and regional retailers, along with a wholesale operation addressing the hospitality and commercial markets across North America. Our merchandising and product development team is responsible for working with suppliers from the greater China region. Werner has several divisions focused on each of the various end-markets. Factors we consider for qualifying a supplier / partner include; quality, quality procedures and practices, delivery times, size and scope of business, level of vertical integration, customer and trade references, total pricing, location, innovations, commercial terms, timely delivery of samples, detailed specs and communication skills. All products must comply with U. S. regulatory, quality and safety standards and if required be certified by appropriate third-parties. We require vendors carry adequate product liability insurance and name Werner as an additional insured.
